Cancellation Policy

How to cancel
Recurring service may be canceled through the secure Stripe billing portal or by contacting Trash Grab Express. Use the same email address entered during checkout when requesting a portal link.
When cancellation takes effect
Unless Stripe displays a different effective date during cancellation, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Future renewals stop after cancellation is completed. Service already scheduled within the paid period may continue unless you ask us to stop it.
Timing
Cancel before the next renewal date shown in Stripe to avoid the next charge. Requests sent very close to a renewal may already be processing, so use the billing portal whenever possible for the fastest result.
One-time service
To cancel a one-time service, contact us before work begins. We will confirm whether the visit can be stopped and whether a refund applies under the Refund Policy.
